What does the Landholder plan include?

The Landholder owns secure property maps, places vermin, fox-hole and point-of-interest GPS marks, then sends email-bound property links to authorised shooters. A new shooter receives a one-time 14-day Basic trial, then needs their own paid Fox GPS subscription. Shooter access does not use the Landholder account’s paid team seats.

How does the Basic free trial work?

The 14-day trial starts when a new Basic account is first created, including when a new shooter accepts a Landholder target invitation. The trial cannot be restarted by accepting another invitation. Customers can subscribe securely through Stripe, with the remaining eligible trial carried into the Basic subscription before the first charge.

Why does ChatGPT open when I sign in?

ChatGPT provides the secure account sign-in for Fox GPS. You return directly to Fox GPS with your selected plan retained, and signing in does not create a charge.

Does it work without mobile reception?

Yes. The installed app, saved property and safety overlays, animal marks, round positions and breadcrumb trails remain available on the device. Live GPS follow keeps the operator centred while offline, and cloud backup plus Google satellite imagery resume when reception returns.

How do team accounts work?

Every person signs in with their own email. The organisation Owner sends an email-bound, seven-day invitation and chooses an Operator or Supervisor role. Shared records retain the operator identity and audit history.

What happens when a team member is removed?

Their cloud access ends while field history remains attributed to them. Deleted sessions and animal records can be restored for 30 days.

Can selected users receive complimentary access?

Yes. The app owner can issue one-time, email-bound Landholder or Pro codes, including a three-month complimentary term.

When should I choose Corporate?

Business supports 5 included users and up to 5 approved extra seats. Corporate starts from A$249 monthly or A$2,490 annually for 11+ users, with custom pricing and rollout support available for larger operations.
